You may use the web site for the sole purpose of browsing and purchasing the materials available from the Bible Society of Mongolia. You may also use the web site to correspond with the Bible Society of Mongolia. Terms and Conditions of Customer Registration and of Sale
Please read these Terms and Conditions before registering a Customer Account or purchasing any Bible Society of Mongolia materials on the web site. By registering and/or purchasing products on the web site you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Your Customer Account
You are responsible for ensuring that your account details are kept in a confidential and secure manner. You agree to restrict access to your Customer Account and password and prevent unauthorized access to your Account. You agree to accept any responsibility for all activities which occur under your Account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept secure and confidential and should immediately inform us if you have any reason to suspect that your password has become known to anyone else. You should also immediately inform us if the password is being used, or is likely to be used, in an unauthorized manner.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Customer Account with the web site. It is your responsibility to maintain and promptly update this account information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is fraudulent, untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is fraudulent, untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice and to refuse any and all current and future use of the web site.
The web site only sells products to individuals who can purchase by one of the means offered through the web site and its agents. The Bible Society of Mongolia reserves the right to revoke or block access to any Customer Account, and to remove or edit any content of the web site, or to cancel orders at its discretion.
2. Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from the web site, we will send an email confirming receipt of your order. Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance and we will confirm such acceptance by sending an email to you confirming our acceptance of your order and dispatch. The contract between us will be formed when we send the Dispatch Email. The Bible Society of Mongolia is entitled to withdraw from any contract or orders in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our web site. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
The Bible Society of Mongolia will retain the product in its catalog until full payment has been made by you and received by the Bible Society of Mongolia. The Bible Society of Mongolia reserves the right to hold any orders prior to shipping for review. There may be restrictions on the locations that orders can be shipped to and where necessary an email will be sent to request an update to the order or the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.
Once an order has been dispatched, it may be subject to export/import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Other usage of the web site
You may not upload any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other forms of harmful computer code, nor subject the web site's network or servers to unreasonable traffic loads, or otherwise engage in conduct deemed disruptive to the ordinary operation of the web site.

The Bible Society of Mongolia reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to and use of the web site and to suspend or revoke your Customer Account. We are not obliged to tell you the reason for our decision.

Information submitted to the web site is governed according to the Bible Society of Mongolia's current Privacy Policy and the stated license of this web site.
